His recipe doesn’t include apples, flour or butter – but the basic building blocks of the universe itself. Zooming down to the weird and wonderful quantum world, he’ll reveal what an apple pie is really made from and how its ingredients were forged in the Big Bang and deep inside massive stars. By the end we’ll have a recipe like no other - not just for an apple pie, but for the universe itself.
