The Giant Easter Egg Hunt organised by South Kesteven District Council's Arts Team was a resounding success, captivating families and children across the District.

The event, which involved close collaboration with local primary schools, community groups, and businesses, brought joy to over 550 families as they embarked on a quest to find the 3ft wooden eggs hidden in various locations in Grantham, Stamford, Bourne, and Market Deeping.

Crafted by talented local artist Simon Kieffer from Outwood CIC and lovingly hand-decorated by school pupils and community groups, the giant eggs added a touch of creativity and excitement to the Easter celebrations.

Participants of all ages joined the hunt, exploring parks, shops, and businesses in search of the elusive eggs.

The event showcased the District's creativity, talent, and the dedication of all those involved in making the Giant Easter Egg Hunt a memorable and enjoyable experience for all.
